1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowLearn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not process or store complete credit card information. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your Stripe Customer Portal.

3. User Content and PII

Our Service allows you to capture screens and create interactive walkthroughs. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or capture using FlowLearn. We strongly advise using our built-in blurring tools to obscure any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive company data before publishing your walkthroughs. FlowLearn assumes no liability for the exposure of sensitive data captured by users.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlowLearn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowLearn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
